Tickets are non-exchangeable. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend a performance, please contact us. Together we will find a solution. The services of 'Het verhaal van Leiden' qualify as leisure. Therefore, the right to revoke is not applicable. The terms and conditions of 'Het verhaal van Leiden' apply to all transactions.

Performances may be cancelled by us if fewer than five tickets have been sold. In that case, we will contact you to make a new appointment.

Bad weather
It does occasionally rain in the Netherlands. In principle, the walk will proceed as planned. Should a weather warning be issued for South Holland, we will contact you. We will then look for a solution in consultation with you.
